A graduate of the University of Lagos where she acquired a first degree in English and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management; she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
She is a rounded HR generalist and won the HR Leadership Award: Global HR Excellence Award by Asia HR in 2010. She is knowledgeable and versed in the employee life cycle and is an ardent administrator.
Prior to her human resources career, Mrs. Olapeju Ayo-Fisher worked as a journalist for 5 years in a national newspaper, editing the children’s column.
She is a passionate learner and has undergone learning events locally and abroad. She loves to read leadership and spiritual books.
She is equally passionate in sharing life experiences with children and is a Sunday school teacher.
