Mrs. Folake Jeremiah had her first degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Personnel Psychology both from the University of Ibadan.

She also has further trainings in Core Consulting skills, Education and Management within the country and overseas.

She has over 15 years multidisciplinary working experience in the education, media and consulting sectors of the economy having worked as a broadcaster, a teacher, a school and office administrator, and a training/HR/school consultant with TV stations, Schools, NGOs and an HR consulting firm.

She has core competencies in Educational Consultancy, Teacher Training, Monitoring and Evaluation of teachers.

Also in Mentoring, Conducting employee appraisals, organising and conducting interviews and recruitment, advising on selections and placements, providing expert advice on management and business related improvement services and identifying and implementing best practices across business environments.

As a teacher, she is a specialist in designing and implementing phonics, reading and grooming training programs for children and helping children with reading difficulties, as she believes that every child is an achiever and a potential leader.
