In a bid to enhance the total well-being and physical fitness of the children, parents, members of staff of Meadow Hall Group, the Group has installed a state of the Art Gym Centre for children, parents and members of staff. The Meadow Hall Gym Centre is located in the school premises at Meadow Hall Way, Alma Beach Estate, Lekki-Epe Express Way, Lekki, Lagos.

The centre was commissioned on Friday, November 09, 2018 by the Group Managing Director/Founder Meadow Hall Group; Mrs. Kehinde Nwani.

Exercise enhances mental health and general well-being in young children and teenagers at a very high rate, endorphins; hormones that promote happiness and good feelings are released during physical exercise that reducing the risk of stress, depression and other mental health, you definitely need to try out the different exercises that are available at the Meadow Hall Gym centre.
